1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website techdevrit.com, all products, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") offered by TECHDEVRIT SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("TechDevrit", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

3. Our Services

TechDevrit provides software engineering services (Mobile App Development, Web Application Development, and Custom Business Software such as ERP, CRM, Billing, and Inventory systems), and owns and operates mobile applications including News Video Editor available on Google Play. Service scopes, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are agreed separately in writing with each client.

4. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to enter into a contract with us. When you create an account in our apps or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your account credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Email Communications & Acceptable Use

TechDevrit sends email to users only for legitimate, user-initiated, transactional purposes. These include:

• One-time passwords (OTPs) for sign-in and identity verification.
• Account activation and email-verification links.
• Password reset links.
• Subscription and account status confirmations.
• Replies to support messages or inquiries that you send us first.

By creating an account or subscribing to any TechDevrit service, you consent to receive these transactional messages, which are necessary for the Services to function.

We do not send unsolicited marketing email. We do not purchase or rent email lists. All recipients of our email have directly provided their address to us by signing up, subscribing, or contacting us.

Opt-out. You can stop receiving optional communications at any time by writing to info@techdevrit.com or, where provided, by using the unsubscribe link in the email. Transactional security messages (OTPs, password resets) cannot be disabled while your account is active, because they are required to operate the Service.

Email delivery providers. We use industry-standard email service providers, including Amazon Web Services (SES), and we comply fully with their Acceptable Use Policies and Service Terms. We process bounces and complaints promptly and maintain sender reputation as required.

6. Acceptable Use — User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive purpose.
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or any content that violates applicable anti-spam laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of our software, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
• Upload, share, or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and in our products — including source code, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — is owned by TechDevrit or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our materials without our prior written permission.

8. Payments & Refunds

Service fees, payment milestones, and refund terms are agreed on a per-engagement basis in the applicable service order or contract. Unless otherwise stated, fees paid for work already completed are non-refundable.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechDevrit disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechDevrit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us in the preceding six (6) months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TechDevrit, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, liability limits, and governing law) will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
