How to Delete Your Data

If you have used a TechDevrit app such as News Video Editor and want your data removed, you can either disconnect the app yourself from your Facebook account, or ask us to delete everything stored on our servers. Both options are explained below.

1. Disconnect Facebook

To immediately revoke the app's access to your Facebook account:

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings.
2. Select Apps and Websites.
3. Find "News Video Editor" in the list.
4. Click Remove.

This stops the app from accessing your Facebook profile and Pages straight away. It does not, by itself, erase data already stored on our servers — for that, follow step 2 below.

2. Request Server-Side Deletion

To have all of your data permanently deleted from our servers, send an email to info@techdevrit.com with:

• Subject: Data Deletion Request
• Body: the registered email address linked to your account

We may ask you to confirm the request from that registered email address so we can verify the account belongs to you.

3. Deletion Timeline

All of your data will be deleted within 30 days of us receiving and verifying your request. We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

4. What Gets Deleted

• Facebook profile information (name, email, profile ID)
• Page access tokens
• Stream records

Records that we are legally required to retain — for example payment and tax records under Indian law — are kept for the statutory period and are not linked to your app activity.
