TECHDEVRIT SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("TechDevrit", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our website visitors, app users, and customers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we store and protect it, and your rights regarding your personal information.

This policy also covers our app News Video Editor for Android and Windows, which uses YouTube API Services.

By using our website (techdevrit.com), our products, or our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide our services and respond to you. This includes:

• Contact information — your name, email address, phone number, and company name, when you fill out our contact form or request a quote.
• Account information — when you sign up to use our apps or products, we collect an email address and any details you provide during registration.
• Message content — any message, project description, or inquiry you voluntarily send to us.
• Technical information — basic log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and analytics.

We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise acquire email lists from third parties. Every email address we hold has been provided to us directly by the user who owns it.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly for the following purposes:

• Respond to inquiries — to answer your contact-form submissions, quote requests, and business questions.
• Send transactional emails — including one-time passwords (OTPs) for login and verification, account activation links, password reset links, and subscription or account confirmation messages. These emails are triggered only by an action the user performs (such as signing up, logging in, or requesting a reset).
• Deliver the services you requested — provide access to our apps and products, and support their ongoing use.
• Legal and security — comply with applicable Indian law, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect our users and systems.

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails or promotional bulk emails. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

5. Email Communications

TechDevrit uses email for the following user-initiated, transactional purposes only:

• One-time passwords (OTP) for sign-in and identity verification.
• Account activation and email-verification links.
• Password reset links.
• Subscription or account status confirmations.
• Replies to messages that the user has sent us first.

All such emails are sent only after the recipient has explicitly taken an action (for example, signing up, logging in, subscribing, or contacting us). We do not send marketing or promotional emails to users who have not specifically opted in to receive them. Users may request removal of their email at any time by writing to info@techdevrit.com.

Our outbound email is sent through reputable, industry-standard email service providers (including Amazon Web Services SES) and we follow their Acceptable Use Policies, including prompt handling of bounces and complaints.

6. YouTube API Services & Google User Data

(a) We use YouTube API Services

News Video Editor, on Android and Windows, uses YouTube API Services to connect your YouTube channel, create a live broadcast, get the stream key, and start or stop the live stream that you begin. By using News Video Editor you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

(c) What data we access

With your permission, we access only your YouTube channel ID and channel name, and the live broadcast and stream details needed to run your live stream. We also receive your basic Google profile (name and email) for sign-in. We do not access your videos, comments, subscribers or any other YouTube data.

(d) Information stored on or collected from your device

News Video Editor stores and accesses information on your device so the app can work. This includes your login token (stored encrypted), your connected channel name, your app settings, and temporary files used while streaming. Our website uses only basic technical cookies needed for the site to work. We do not allow any third party to place cookies or collect information from your device through our app or website, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

(e) How long we keep YouTube data

Your login token is stored encrypted on your device and on our secure server only so that you do not need to sign in again every time. YouTube channel details are refreshed every time you use the YouTube feature. Any YouTube API data that is not refreshed is deleted within 30 days. When you tap Disconnect YouTube inside the app, your YouTube data is deleted from your device and from our server immediately. If you instead ask us by email, your YouTube data is deleted within 7 days, and any other account data within 30 days, of us verifying the request.

(f) How to delete your data and revoke access

1. In the app: open Output settings > YouTube live setup > tap "Disconnect YouTube". This removes News Video Editor's access and deletes your stored YouTube data immediately, from both your device and our server. This is the fastest way.
2. From your Google Account: visit https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en , select TechDevrit / News Video Editor, and remove access.
3. By email: write to info@techdevrit.com from your registered email. We will delete your YouTube data within 7 days and any other account data within 30 days of verifying your request. Full step-by-step instructions are on our Data Deletion page.

(g) Sharing and Limited Use

We never sell Google user data, never use it for advertising, and never share it with third parties. TechDevrit's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

6A. Facebook User Data & Live Video

Our apps — News Video Editor, News Banao Pro, ReporterLink and other apps operated by TechDevrit — let you go live on a Facebook Page that you manage, directly from the app. By using this feature you also agree to the Meta Terms of Service and the Meta Privacy Policy.

What we access: with your explicit permission through Facebook Login, we access your basic profile (name, ID) and the list of Facebook Pages you manage. The permissions we request are public_profile, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts and publish_video.

How we use it: only to create a live video on the Page you choose, set the title and description you enter, get the stream URL, and start or end that live video when you tap Go Live / End Stream.

What we never do: we do not read, edit or delete your existing posts, messages or comments, and we never post anything unless you start it.

Storage: access tokens are stored encrypted on your device and on our secure server only to run your live stream. We do not sell or share Facebook data with third parties and never use it for advertising.

Deletion: you can remove our app "TechDevrit Live" at any time from Facebook > Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites, or email info@techdevrit.com to have all Facebook data deleted within 30 days. Full instructions are on our Data Deletion page.

7. Payment Information

When you subscribe to a paid plan or make a payment to TechDevrit through our website, the transaction is processed by our payment gateway partner Razorpay Software Private Limited. For in-app subscriptions on our Google Play apps (including News Video Editor), payments are processed by Google Play Billing.

We do not collect, view, or store your full card number, CVV, expiry date, UPI PIN, net-banking password, or any other full payment credential on our servers. These details are entered directly on the payment gateway's secure page and are handled by the gateway under PCI-DSS compliance.

What we do store for each successful transaction is limited to:

• The gateway's transaction / order reference ID (for reconciliation and support).
• The amount, currency, and date of the payment.
• The subscription plan purchased and its validity period.
• The email address and name associated with your account.

8. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the website, send transactional email, host our apps, and process payments (for example, web hosting, Amazon Web Services for email delivery, Razorpay for online payments, Google Play for in-app billing). These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we have engaged them for.
• Legal authorities if required by Indian law, court order, or to protect our rights and users.

9. Data Storage & Security

We store personal data on secured servers using industry-standard safeguards. Access to personal information is restricted to authorised personnel who need it to perform their job. We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

While we work hard to protect your data, no system on the internet is 100% secure. You acknowledge that providing information to us is at your own risk.

10. Cookies

Our website uses a minimal number of technical cookies required for the site to function. We do not use third-party advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. Your browser can be configured to refuse cookies, but some site features may not work as intended. Our apps also store some information on your device, such as login tokens and settings. 11. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or update inaccurate information.
• Ask us to delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Withdraw consent where we rely on it, including unsubscribing from optional communications.

12. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted on our website.
