Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ReporterLink application ("the App") operated by TECHDEVRIT SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("TechDevrit"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for creating and sharing news-video content, subject to these Terms and any active subscription plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Agency accounts are responsible for the reporter accounts they create and manage.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the videos, reports, and other content you create. You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to any media you use. You must not create or upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Google Drive Integration

The App offers an optional feature to upload your exported reports to your own Google Drive. By connecting Google Drive, you authorise the App to create and manage those uploaded files on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. Files are stored in your own Google Drive using your own storage, and you may disconnect at any time. Google's own terms also apply to your use of Google services.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App or its servers.
• Do not use the App for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights.
• Do not resell or redistribute the App or its content except as permitted by your plan.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, durations, and limits are shown at purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change plans or pricing with notice.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that uploads will always succeed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechDevrit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction at our place of business (Delhi, India).
